Beyonce je konačno osvojila priželjkivanu nagradu za album godine, nakon neuspjelih pokušaja u posljednje 4 nominacije. Također je osvojila i nagradu za najbolji country album i najbolju country/duo izvedbu za album “Cowboy Carter”.
Billy Eilish, Post Malone, Kendrick Lamar i Charli XCX primili su sedam nominacija ove godine, dok su Sabrina Carpenter i Chappel Roan imali 8. Lamar je osvojio 5 kategorija, uključujući ploču godine i pjesmu godine.
